Thank you for using Remixit. We take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Remixit application ("App").

1. Overview

Remixit is a fully on-device iOS application. All data processing occurs locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

2. Information Collection and Use

2.1 Information We Collect

The App only involves the following data related to you:

Details:

• Photo Access: When you use the "Select Photo" feature, the App accesses your chosen photos through the system-provided PHPicker. PHPicker does not require full photo library access and only reads the photos you actively select.
• Photo Saving: When you use the "Confirm and Save" feature, the App requires your authorization to save the created image to your system photo library. This action is only performed when you actively trigger it.
• Object Extraction: The App uses Apple VisionKit's on-device image analysis to extract objects from photos. This process takes place entirely on your device and does not involve any data upload.

2.2 Information We Do Not Collect

The App explicitly does not collect the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Device identifiers
• Geolocation information
• Browsing or usage behavior data
• Analytics or diagnostic data
• Any form of user profiling data

3. Local Storage

The App uses iOS UserDefaults to store your preferences (such as language selection). This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted outside the device in any way. You can clear this data by deleting the App.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share any of your data with any third parties because:

• The App does not include any third-party analytics SDKs
• The App does not include any advertising SDKs
• The App does not include any social sharing SDKs
• The App does not communicate with any external servers

5. Data Retention

Since the App does not store any data outside your device, data retention is not applicable. The photos you select and the images you create are always stored locally on your device. When you close the App, photo data in the app's memory is released; only the created images saved to your system photo library are retained.

6. Your Rights

Since the App does not collect any personal data, you do not need to worry about data access, correction, or deletion. If you wish to remove any local data generated by the App, simply delete the App from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect any personal data, there is no special risk regarding children's data protection.

8. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or external APIs. All features used by the App are native iOS system frameworks:

• VisionKit: Used for on-device image object extraction (data does not leave the device)
• PhotosUI (PHPicker): Used for photo selection (no photo library permission required)
• Photos (PHPhotoLibrary): Used for saving images to the photo library (requires user authorization)

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or other appropriate means.

10. App Store Privacy Nutrition Label Declaration

In accordance with Apple App Store requirements, the App's data collection declaration is as follows:

• Photos and Videos: Used for app functionality, not linked to user identity, not used for tracking
